I'm looking to start this, hopefully Jan. 15th, being my official start day. And just watching what I eat tomorrow, and maybe doing something aerobic... Either way, I was wondering if anyone else would be interested. I won't mind posting some stuff on here, and anyone would be able to follow or whatever... I'm rambling, either way. Let me know if anyone is interested! Thanks!
