How is everyone doing? Are you ready for weigh in on Monday? I can't wait to see how much you guys have lost. I ate a hamburger with the bun on Friday night and it was the best hamburger I've eaten. I think the bread made it taste that much better. So I just drank lots of water and went right back to my turkey sausage this morning. (Saturday)

Remember it doesn't matter if you fall off the wagon, what counts is getting back on it again.

Thanks for the back on the wagon pep talk. Tonight I ate some fried rice. Then since I already felt bad about that I had Starbucks after dinner. And it was something sugary. I have one friend who I almost always eat too much around. She doesn't really encourage me to eat too much and she certainly doesn't shove food down my throat, but I have noticed a pattern of overeating and/or not following whatever diet I am on, even if I explain my diet to her. I'm not sure what to do, I don't want to stop hanging out with her entirely.

Well, fiddle dee dee tomorrow is another day.

Hey there girls,

How was everybodies weekend. Mine was Ok. There was a little bit of drama, but im not going to let it get me down. I was a really bad girl yesterday. I had a wedding to attend. And it seemed as if all they had at the reception was " white stuff". So of course i gave in to temptation. I was really hungry. You know that they make you wait for ever to eat. I ate everything fried chicken, rice, mac & cheese, green beans, and a bite of a dinner roll. BAD BAD BAD GIRL!!!!!!!! But im getting back on track today. Im have dinner at my parents and they have chosen to grill outdoors so I brought my chicken to grill and a vegetable, because I know that my mothers going to cook something starchy. Well weigh in is tomarrow, I hope everyone will be successful in losing some weight. But if you don't do not worry, it has only been a week. Oh yeah I failed to mention that I workout at curves 3x this week. And even though I start a new job tomarrow I will still continue to workout. This should probably keep me from eating as much.

Peace

Tx Chick and everyone

You have the right idea - tomorrow is another day. It is when we just give up the whole thing that the weight sticks to us. My attitude is, well, I have not been eating the white stuff for 5 days, so I eat a donut on the sixth day and have a sugary cuppa coffee. I'm still ahead of the game cuz I haven't been eating the white stuff for 5 days! So no matter when we slip up, it's still good cuz we're paying attention to what we're eating and exercising too.

Miss McCoy - that wedding reception sounded good. At least you resisted the cake!!!

Take care girls, weigh in is tomorrow!!! We can just post it in this thread, or do you want it at the Beginning of Week 2??
