Donna, that is SOOOOOOOO cool! What an inspiring story. OK - I am going to go to the meeting tomorrow morning.

I went to Curves today, so that is 2 out of the 3 days of meeting my goal there - just need to exercise tomorrow, right? Hey, what day did we start this?

Journaling? Still a problem, but I will do it today. How do I count a piece of white cake? Hmmmm! I'll have to look it up when I go home!

Do we start a new one-week challenge next week? How does this work?

Gotta go fill up my water bottle.
Much love to all,
Ivanna B. Svelte

Well, I met half my goals - I exercised 3 days. The four days of journaling didn't happen.

Now - how do I find the next week's challenge thread. Do you post a link here?

I gotta really THINK about this week. It is our 40th wedding anniversary. We are going on a VERY short cruise from Vancouver to San Francisco. I certainly can exercise on the ship, and, if the truth be known, I COULD journal. Perhaps it will be easier to journal when I am out of the perpetual blender of my job.

Love to all,
Ivanna B. Svelte

Oh My God! I was so bad yesterday!! I went to my nephew's 3rd birthday party, so for breakfast I had cake. Then, I had 4 pepper poppers from Long John Silvers, and finally for supper, 5 tacos from Taco Bell. I am going to have to really work not to gain this week, I weigh in on Thursday nights unless I start going to the Friday morning meeting. I will just have to work super hard to make my goal for the rest of the week. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Donna:

You can't worry about the food that's all ready in your stomach. Enjoy the memory and just like you said, keep your goal in mind for the rest of the week. Most importantly, don't give up cuz of one slip up!!

I have my fingers crossed for you! You can do it!!

Bohogoddess good advice on whats already in our stomach! Talking about that I am going to join your thread. I had checked it out last week then forgot how to get to it again. But finally found it again!
I am working on better intakes this week and reaching my set goal of 4 times for exercise. The one new goal is not to eat 3 hours before bedtime. I have read some info on Oprahs Bootcamp but am interested in learning more. Every step forward is one step closer to reaching my goal. I look forward to chatting with you all!
