mftaylor2 Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 9	New to YOAD I just bought the book and it seems very promising. I am starting tomorrow because I couldn't do the grocery shopping today and there are a lot of things I need to buy. I have tried all the fads and diets and I need to start thinking in terms of lifestyle and health. I've been reading some of the postings and they all seem positive and helpful. I'm looking forward to starting and chatting for support and advice because I'm sure I'll need both.
