Your BEAN? What is a BEAN?

Patti, sorry to hear about your computer - I would really like a new one myself - the hard drive is nearly full on mine. I'm thinking it's going to lead to a crash someday!

Well, I'm not doing great with my food, but at least I've posted the last couple of days. Now if I could only clean it up more and start exercising again!

The BEAN is like a stability ball only more stable. It is shaped like a bean. You can check it out at http://www.bean.com/ abdomen crunches and such

Oh, yes, I've seen those! Cool, how fun! I need to get some more air in my ball so I can use it more.

How was your weekend? Mine wasn't too bad, but still no activity! I really need a kick in the pants to get me in gear - I just can't seem to manage myself. Maybe I need to get out my YOAD book and start reading!

Re-reading the book really helped me to refocus. I walked Saturday and Sunday......I really didn't want to but I made myself. I am almost back to where I was with the steps so now I need to incorporate some core muscle exercises. I am thinking I will need to work off the stress since I start a new job on Thursday and I am still going to try to do some work for my present employer. Hope I don't hit the burn out brick wall now that I have the scale moving downward. My BEAN should be here on Friday.......Yay!!!!!

Yep Kim, keep plugging along. That's why I try not to weigh myself everyday - those daily fluctuations can play games with your mind!

Patti - where are you? Still having computer issues?

Yes I am Cindy,,,,,Im on my work one with now so this will be quick.
Kim those pounds came on too easily...its not real weight..its fluff! It will be gone before you know it.
Iwana I was watching biggest loser on tuesday and they gave the top 5 hints...and one of them was to do the imaginary bicycle laying on your back. Im going to start doing that..not sure how long I cna do it for but Im going to work on it...apparantly its better for your waist then crunches. Im hoping so..i need to work on my waist...the wieghts going down but the waist isnt.
Tomorrow is my weigh in...Im hoping to be in 270's officially this week!! Thikning light thoughts......
Ill be back on later everyone.......keep on working the plan everyone..we know it works...we just have to keep working it!!
