I'm looking into the YOU: on a diet diet, if you see what I mean. Just started the book yesterday. One thing is bothering me though - i noticed here and what I had read in the book so far that nuts are mentioned quite frequently. i am allergic to nuts and am fed up hearing how healthy they are!! (OK, mini rant over

)
Are there substitutions for nuts on this plan for those who are allergic?
Also it seems to mention salmon a lot. I really don;t like salmon, and believe me, I have tried.

I don't like most fish (unless it is haddock, wrapped in batter and served in the best fish&chip shop in the world... which fortunately for my waistline is in England and nowhere near my house!). I can just about manage tuna, occasionally...
So are there substitutions for salmon/other fish too??
Back to the book now...
