Good Afternoon Youbies!!!
I find if I hold myself accountable to a group and write down my daily food intake, I actually stick to what I planned on eating. In the past I have found some great meal ideas from those that have joined me. So, lets do this together and encourage one another, one day at a time.
Breakfast:
PC Multigrain Instant Oatmeal
1 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar
1 T Soy Protein Powder
1 T Ground Flax Seed
1/2 c Bolthouse Green Goddess Smoothie
1 c 1% Milk
Snack:
Banana
Almonds
Lunch:
Two bites of Mongolian Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry
Snack:
Fat Free Activia Yogurt
Berries
Dinner:
The rest of the Mongolian Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry
Water: 12 glasses
