Starting Ultimate Weight Solution

Hi All,
I am new to this board and after much thought about which plan is best for me, I have decided to do the UWS. I am starting today, and am going to do 2 weeks of the Rapid Start.
Is there anyone else out there that is doing this?
I am 39, 203 pounds and have a goal of 140. I am going to do this this time, and would love someone to do it with. If not, that's okay, because I can do this.

You go girl ! I seriously thought about it. I have a friend who said that she & her husband went on the rapid start for the 2 weeks & really did great. Then switched to the UWS & said they lost about 50# total each. Sounds great. I had a hard time deciding which plan to follow too. Let me know how it goes after your 2 weeks. I may switch & join you. As of yesterday I started following the Weight Watchers program again. Could swith tho. I think I could follow it as long as I have a buddy to follow it with. I will definitely think about it!
