There is a support thread in General Diet Plans (Just one tier above this forum). Here's the link:

YOU on a Diet - Support Thread #2

And also there is a thread right next to this one with a bunch of peeps following it.

Good luck!!

Hello everyone! I will be starting this diet on Jan 1st as well. I don't know quickly I will lose since I just had an acl repair on 12/26/06. I can't drive for 12 weeks I was told yesterday. Well my thought is I can go ahead and get used to eating right. I will be starting physical therapy on 1/03/07. I started reading the book back in November and was amazed at all the information and how easy it was to read and understand. I will be reading here for encouragement from all of you. I hope I will be able to encourage someone else soon too.

Me too I can use some encouragement. I am dealing with a couple of issues. I had surgery on 12/26/06 to have my right acl repaired. I am sick of laying in this bed. I am going to my first post op appointment and physical therapy appointment. I had this surgery so I would be able to exercise with a more stable knee. I tore it in 2001, but it has gotten worse over the years. So far I have had to eat what was made for me by my husband or kids. I have given them a list of things to buy for me, but they don't do the kind of cooking I would do.
