HI KIM AND EVERYONE~
HOPE YOU ARE ALL ENJOYING THE WEEKEND ALREADY!!
I WILL BE FAXING A COPY OF MY DIET PLAN TO A NURSE FRIEND OF MINE. SHE IS GOING TO SHOW THE DR AND SEE WHAT HE THINKS. I'LL SEND A SAMPLE MENU OF SORTS. MY CLOTHES DO NOT FEEL ANY LOOSER. SO I WON'T EXPECT A MIRACLE WHEN I WEIGH-IN NEXT MONTH WHILE I AM READING THIS BOOK, I AM TRYING TO PUT INTO PERSPECTIVE MY CHANCES FOR ANY LOSS AT ALL. MOST DRS FEEL THAT I HAVE LOST AS MUCH AS I CAN IN MY SITUATION. THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. BUT THE BOB GREENE BOOK IS HELPING WITH GETTING "HABITS" AND REMINDING ME THIS IS A LIFETIME THING. I CANNOT GO BACK TO FAST FOOD, SODA AND BAKERY STUFF!!

Hey All,

Mel as long as you feel good and healthy then using the diet to firm up healthy habits is great and it will be your life plan... you are doing yourself and body some good...

And Diane what a creepy and tremendously small world...oh my gosh...hello...and bunches of good luck...Man...Mel lives not far from my Uncle and you live in my city...you know it is truly a marvel...

I love the plan but I have hit a plateau so I am somewhat bummed out...

Where are you from in Canada? I am from Brantford Ontario...

Hello ... I have a favour ... does anyone subscribe to O magazine or have a few back issues? I'm looking for an article in maybe Feb ... I think Oprah is in red on the cover.
The author talks about whole life changes and wants to scream whenever she goes to a seminar where they hand out lists of fruits and vegetables. I can't remember what her 'experience' was ... was she a dietitian or something like that?

Trying is what counts...I have been going it for a while now and just recently hit a plateau which is really sucking...

But keep in touch...I love the plan and it is very easy to follow...and quite enjoyable.
