This is REALLY strange that I read this just now! I have two recipes for you that were posted today by a member on the 3FC mailing list. That list is more of a support list than a recipe list, so it was extra crazy that this was also a requested recipe here. Spooky! I will for sure have to make one of these cakes now!
1 box yellow cake mix
2 16 oz. bags frozen fruit
2 cans Diet 7-up or Diet Sprite
Heat oven to 350
Line bottom of 9x13 with fruit
Sprinkle cake mix evenly on top
Pour sprite/7 up evenly over cake mix
DO NOT MIX!
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes
Remove foil and bake another 40 minutes
Let it cool for a while because it's kinda soupy if it's not set.
Top w/ ff cool whip or ice cream (yum!) Makes 12 servings at 3 points
Peach Dump Cake
Points per serving: 4.29
12 ounces cream soda
1 box Betty CrockerŽ SuperMoist French Vanilla cake mix
5 cups sliced peaches -- about 5 ripe peaches
1 cup sliced plums -- about 4 ripe plums
Preheat oven to 350°. Peel and slice peaches and plums over cake pan so you don't lose any juice. Sprinkle cake mix over
fruit. Pour soda evenly over cake mix. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 40 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
