Journaling to sucess
Okay here is my weekly journal I weigh in on Sunday!
Sunday 12/5:
B- 2 eggs scrambled with Pam
L- BLT (Turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato in a bowl)
D- Pork Tenderloin and Smashed sweet potatoes
Not much but I have been over eating so much it is going to take a few days for my body to need food.
Tuesday 12/6
B-oatmeal
L-Salad w turkey
blue cheese crumbles - .5
D- 1/2 baked potato (large)
turkey
cheese - 2
S-kiwi
1oz of peanuts -3
3 of DS popcorn kernals
5.5/35 weekly allowance
