*Overflowing Delicious Tuna Fish Sandwich*
Under 5 Minutes
1 whole can of Tuna (in water)
1 tbsp of Fat Free Mayo
2 peices of Weight Watchers Wheat Bread
(Kind of self explanatory, right? Mix the mayo with the tuna. Toast the bread and spread tuna between two slices.)
Weight Watchers Wheat Bread can be substituted for Arnold Branola Bread, which is 1 pt per slice making the sandwich 7 points rather than 6.
Can of Tuna in Water - 4 points
1 tsp FF Mayo - 1 point
2 slices of WW Wheat Bread - 1 point
I prefer my sandwiches plain, but if needed i'm sure you could add lettuce and celery... I'm not sure if this meal follows core.
