Recently seen in a magazine, acorn squash with the tops cut off and seeds removed, baked in the oven and in the center was placed a dollup of canned whole cranberries sauce and a shake of brown sugar and cinnamon. The only thing you'd have to count the points for would be the cranberries and the sugar. Actually, just baked with a shake of cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar and a 1/2 pat of butter is delicious too.
