I eat squash chopped and roasted, drizzled with a little olive oil.

If you are looking for more points, you could add brown sugar and butter, some walnuts and cranberries, maple syrup.
It's about commitment, not motivation.

Recently seen in a magazine, acorn squash with the tops cut off and seeds removed, baked in the oven and in the center was placed a dollup of canned whole cranberries sauce and a shake of brown sugar and cinnamon. The only thing you'd have to count the points for would be the cranberries and the sugar. Actually, just baked with a shake of cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar and a 1/2 pat of butter is delicious too.

Sorry I don't have the points for you, but those are easy to find for these ingredients and the berries info is listed on the can for calculation.

Is that your final answer?
