Favorite Jello Recipes
I love jello and the fact that it has a low point value makes it even better. Was wondering if anyone had a favorite jello recipe they would like to share. I am always looking for new and interesting recipes. Here is one that was shared at a WW meeting several years ago
Cherry Jello Salad
1/2 cup water
20 ounces light or sugar free cherry pie filling
6 ounces sugar free cherry jello
16 ounces diet cherry coke
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple (in it's own juice)
Bring water and cherry pie filling to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add sugar free jello and diet cherry coke (add coke slowly), and crushed pineapple in it's juice. Mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours.
Serving Size: 1 cup 1 point per serving
