I love Indian food and even though I don't do WW, I subscribed to this thread so I could get good recipe ideas.
Is there a way to calculate "points" based on nutritional information? If so, you can take any healthier recipe and enter it into one of those online calculators that will tell you what the nutrition info is per serving, then enter it into a points formula, and there you have it.
One Indian recipe that's kind of healthy is baingan bharta (eggplant curry).
