I love Indian food and even though I don't do WW, I subscribed to this thread so I could get good recipe ideas. Is there a way to calculate "points" based on nutritional information? If so, you can take any healthier recipe and enter it into one of those online calculators that will tell you what the nutrition info is per serving, then enter it into a points formula, and there you have it.

One Indian recipe that's kind of healthy is baingan bharta (eggplant curry).

This is a great site for Indian recipes - it is by an Indian woman who is doing ww and she gives the points for her recipes and info like a glossary of terms and other cooking related items.

Also, here is recipe for Chickan Tikka Masala from the 3fc forums (it's the second post in the thread - sounds yummy!)

I checked out a book from the library last week called Indian Recipes for a Healthy Heart. Each recipe lists nutritional information such as calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium... but unfortunately not fiber. I haven't made any of the recipes yet, but the recipes sound so good, I plan on buying the book from amazon.
