Default Chicken Points
Can someone tells me the points on chicken. I don't have my WW stuff with me. I'll be eating grilled boneless skinless chicken breast. Is it 1 point per ounce? Thanks..

Yes it is 1 point per ounce of grilled white chicken. There are som site with point on them one I use is Dotti"s weight loss zone. You caan find it with google or your search egine it is great there are recipes with points too.
