I have not checked the boards for a couple days and saw your post.

Please accept my sincere apology if I have offended you...............it was not my intention I promise!

Hey........I was just joking around...................I have been called "Sin" too for short and I thought the CNN was amusing.........trying to be funny but apparently backfired.

All I originally was curious about was where on the WW boards cause I wanted to read it...........I did not mean to stir up anything.

Again........I am sincere in apologizing and asking for your forgiveness.

Thanks
Cindy

I'm confused about the approved foods list, it seems like there are a lot of foods missing? Is it just an example of some of the foods?

I find out on Tuesday at my weekly meeting and can't wait.

Default New Core Program

You only have to wait until Tuesday - lucky! I just ordered the new At Home Program and will have to wait 3 weeks! Any program where I don't have to journal or keep track of points sounds divine. I've counted food groups, calories, fat grams, points and carbs until I'm all counted out! Hope some more info re the Core Program leaks out - 3 weeks is an unbearably l-o-n-g time to wait!

Default More info...

More info on the new program can be found at:

forums.prevention.com/thread.jspa?forumID=40&threadID=61365&messageID=84 5069#845069

all of the above with no spaces. Scroll down to post by mshelton.

This was found on the Prevention website message board under South Beach Diet by mshelton on Aug 10. Topic was combining WW with SBD.

Of course, accuracy can't be verified until next week!

Default Core Program info thankyou!

Thanks for sharing the Prevention forum address! There certainly is a lot of info there - enough to give a person (who just can't count anymore) hope!

Also on the MSN home page -Monday the 23rd they had given some information out about the WW changes in their system etc.! Thanks again.
