Adjusting points using Harris Benedict calculator.
Using the Harris Benedict Calculator, my daily calorie intake for my goal weight (150#) is 1770. I wanted to translate that into WW points and thought it would be 29, bearing in mind that 1700 calories is 31 points, not including the 200-250 calories a day WW built into the formula for freebies. So I called WW At Home. Bad idea. I'm sure the person I talked to was reading from a prepared script...not supposed to adjust on your own, etc. Well, I rather like the idea of 1700 calories a day. I think I could do that level for a long time. Could someone please tell me if I'm thinking correctly with 29 points? Thanks in advance.
