Hi Tara. Yes, most of us has learned the hard way that WW works great as long as we stick with it.

I've also done WW at home before. Yea, it does work. And yea, if you don't stay on it the weight does creep back. I think most of us do fall back to old bad habits. But we have to get up, brush off and go at it hard again. I guess that's just a fact of life for a lot of us. But we must keep on.
