I am a career dieter, at 5'7" I have weighed as much as 170, and as low as 123. I am an excellent dieter, but am awful at maintaining. I feel like I have tried and failed at almost every diet. I started weight watchers two weeks ago, lost 4 pounds, but with two birthdays this week & Thanksgiving this weeks weigh in brought me up 2.5 pounds. So here I am today jumping back on the band wagon.
Welcome back on board! I'm in nearly the same boat as you. I am terrible at maintaining, which is probably why I am where I am. The dieting part is fairly easy for me because of the structure (I'm on ideal protein) but once I have some wiggle room, I usually abuse the freedom hahah
