Well today was my WI and I am proud to announce that I have made it to my first BIG goal...I have lost 10% of my weight

I am soooo proud of myself. I have been following WW at home for 9 weeks and I have lost 25.8lbs and couldn't be happier...just had to share my joy!!

that's what happens when you cut out junk COMPLETELY and track every single morsel of food....seriously, I nearly keeled over myself when I saw the results, lol.

crazy.......but true mahahahaha.

I remember when I lost my first 25 lbs..!! Nobody could tell I had lost weight - except for me.. but that is ok.. I felt better and was happy to be on the right track.. I am SO very glad I made my commitment for 1 year on Jan. 11, 2011.. After that year is up.. I will go another year!
