I used everything! I know what happened,hubby decided to stop & get supper since I had to go to youngest sons football scrimmage game.He didn't make a healthy choice & it used up 24 points,for one meal!I know he meant well since I've been up since 4 am & was getting alittle cranky from a long day.
Well it was nice of him to stop and get something! Perhaps the next time he stops, remind him of a healthier place. Or even if he goes to the same place to pick up food...choose before the food even gets through the front door what you're going to eat. That way you can keep it to a minimum!
Exactly how many points over did you go? I have went over by 5 points (including all my daily and weekly) and still lost (2 weeks in a row). As an added cushion for myself I NEVER eat my activity points just in case that happens or I mis calculate something. You still have 2 days - get in lots of exercise!
