    I didn't exercise as much as i wanted to...I'm still trying to work out me new schedule. I work nights 12 hour shifts....8pm-8am. I have several hours with nothing to do so I may start taking my zumba dvds and work out at work.
  • Congrats! Any movement is better than none. I think it's great you're looking for ways to be more active during your shift =)
