Hi, hope you could use one more? I'm currently on momentum/flex plan, a bit nervous about points plus but I've been thinking maybe I will make the switch when I get closer to my final goal weight(136-139.) I've lost 30lbs since Jan 25th, about 60 more to go!

Jwillits- 17 weeks, not days. FF chips should be okay as long as you are within your points. You have to play with the points to see what works for you because some can lose with eating all of their weekly points, some can only eat half of weekly points, and some others can't eat any. All trial and error but you'll be so much happier once you find how many WP you can have and still lose along with your daily points.

Moobunny- I used to work graveyard shift, 12am to 8am, for 4 years. Definitely not doing that again, lol but $$ talks, eh?! I was calorie counting at the time and still lost.

Got some walking in today & feeling really good. I started at a size 20 and went into a store today to try stuff on and the 14s fit me! Such a great feeling to keep going. Started out needing to lose about 65 and have 26 more to go

That's awesome, MeltinMom!!! I can't wait to get into 14s! I started out 22/24 depending on brand and now 18s are getting a bit loose but 16s are still too tight/small.

How's everyone doing? I lost 1.5 pounds this week ... bought some size 12 capris and size 11 jeans (can do them up, but can't wear them yet - too tight) so inspiration to lose more! I try to keep a couple pairs of bottoms to 'shrink' into. Does anyone else do that?

I buy a few pairs of pants to shrink into I can just barely get them on an almost need the jaws of life to get out of them The last ones I bought like that ( in Feb) now need to be worn with a belt I have been doing WW at home since Dec 28 using the really onld 1-2-3 Success plan ( one of the first points counting plans I think, from about 1997-98) it worked for me then and I reached the weight loss goal - what didn't change was the mind set-I thought that " now I'm done with that, and I can go back to eating like normal"...NOT!!!! Now I have the added post menopause and IR to add to the mix, but I consistently lose about 1 pound a week.

I knew my WI would't be good,+3! I have a really hard time with wkends. Even after Taco Bell Sat. I still stayed in my points range, but Sun. was a different story. I didn't even count was gonna change my WI day, I really need to learn to control my wkends.

beliter at least you know where your problem lies. can you save all your weekly points for the weekend? that way you have your cushion? or exercise in the morning on the weekends to allow yourself a few extra points? I believe activity points must be used on the same day.

AP's function the same way weekly points do. You can use them at any point during the week. You can also set up your tracked to deduct extra points from AP's FIRST, then weeklies if you so choose.

I weigh in on Saturday mornings, and I allow myself to be more flexible on the weekends as a result. I will go out to dinner with my DH, get together with friends, have a few drinks... Then I have the rest of the week to keep to my routine, stay on plan, exercise regularly. I've lost 18 pounds in eight weeks, so it seems to be working for me so far!

I am starting WW Flex Points at home tomorrow. These are the materials I have from years ago so I'm just gonna use them. I am excited to get back in the routine of walking after a long hiatus!

I restarted PP program on Saturday. I recommitted to myself on Friday night, and jumped right into it on Saturday. I am enjoying zero points fruits, it really motivates me to eat well. Good luck everyone. I weigh in on Friday.

Hi Faith65 =)

Doesn't matter how many times you've tried before. Now is your chance to commit entirely.

We're all here at 3FC to support each other when the going gets tough and every time in between.

You've found the WW section, but there are a ton of other areas so don't hesitate to post and participate!

Best of wishes!
