So I beginning again...again...again we all know how that goes! lol
My hubby and I are doing weight watchers together at home. We have not upgraded to the new points system because honestly I have a hard enough time with points the old way! LOL
Plus I do not want to spend money on going to meetings anymore. I have tried it and tried it and tried it and it just does not work for me.
Anyway, I am excited and positive, had a great start to the week even though it is only Tuesday (although really my week "starts" on Saturday as that is our weigh in day).
I am SUPER excited though because I have put forth the challenge for my husband and I to work our way towards BIKING to work! Even if we don't do it every day, just three days a week would definitely help our waistlines and our wallets (stinking gas prices). This gives us a great goal to work towards (which is important for exercise to stay consistent I think). If we can do this we will bike 24.2 miles in one day! Now THAT will earn some activity points! Don't even have to bike super hard (less sweating that way anyway for getting to work lol).
We will of course need to leave earlier in the morning (which will be tough because we both have trouble rising early) but I know it will be so worth it. Just the gas savings ALONE will be worth it, but I know the health benefits will be amazing.
Not just with weight loss but also with our cardio.
My plan is for us to start training for this starting on Saturday. I will write in with results.
