Sinus infections
 

I just hate being sick and now I have a full blown sinus infection.....I hate that I can't use my nose to breath LOL

just had to whine

Yuck! Hope you get better soon!! Plenty of rest, fluids and medicine!

Once your infection is over, I recommend using Aleve-D for daily allergies. I love it. It has helped me so much over the past two weeks. I can breath, I can think (no head aches) and I have energy again.

It's over the counter, but you have to get it from the pharmacist (scan your license, etc).

Thank you all for the encourgement. Spent most of last night coughing and blowing my nose. I am taking my anitbiotics but that does do anything for the pressure ah well back to bed for me

Just wanted to update you all, till stopped up but have brief moments of open air passages. It may take me longer to start using my nose again. This sinus infection opened my eyes and I realize I need to kick my nose spray habit so those membranes need time to heal. So far I have not caved in and used the spray only saline solution...
