A few years ago, I lost 51 pounds, made goal and lifetime, then I got lazy, quit tracking, etc.
Fast forward, I've gained 25 back.
I restarted when they rolled out the new program. Really liking it.
This time around, I'm not so concerned about losing it, I know I will, it's maintaining I need to focus on. I've lost and gained on different programs over the years. Maintaining seems to be the biggest obstacle for me.
