Agree with the above. Are you not using activity points? Maybe you should consider that if you are hungry after going to the gym. I know some people don't like using them but your body does need fuel.
Or maybe you could make it a point (no pun intended) to save a couple of points for a high protein snack late at night.
I like to stay up late as well, and while I don't necessarily get
hungry late at night I definitely do have the munchies. I make myself go to bed instead of eating.
