Hi everyone! I am new here! But definitely not to Weight Watchers. I lost 50 lbs on this program before! I am a new mom, my daughter is now 14 months old, and i am ready to get back in shape, and gain my health back.
I have attempted several times after my daugher was born to lose weight with ww again, and each time i lasted a week and failed. It has now been 3 weeks, and i have lots almost 10 lbs now.
Yes i have always tracked my pts, but apparently i needed to do something different this time around. So i bought a journal one page i write how I'm feeling, my strengths , my weakness, food porn they wouldnt show on tv. etc. And on the opposite page i keep track of my points and food for the day. Im trying to mainly focus on the food and tracking aspect again, but recently started to add in jogging again.
So i hope i can kick some serious butt!
