Kayethree, you sound so much like me!! I like most foods too...I even love veggies...but I also love my sweets and other junk foods. I am such a snacker...eap in the evenings! I can totally mess up a good diet day by snacking too much in the evening! Today I joined WW too. I'm a little worried because I am diabetic and it doesn't seem to focus much on carbs but I'm hoping it will help me overall and that should help my diabetes. I wish you the best and maybe we can encourage each other.
