Default Diner Breakfast

I am on week 2 of doing WW online (i've done it before and lost weight, but now need to restart my weight loss). I travel for work and find I can make healthy low point decisions for lunch and dinner but breakfast I usually make all the wrong choices. Does anyone have any low point suggestions for breakfast bought at a diner or hotel restaurant?

Hi there!

How about:
Fruit & cottage cheese or yogurt
Oatmeal with an added banana or a few nuts/raisins
Egg-white omelet with vegetables, side of whole wheat toast
Toast with peanut butter & apple

And here are some more great tips!

Breakfast is absolutely the HARDEST meal to eat out. Everything is fried or carb loaded or covered in syrup. Let us know if you found anything good.

Gained all my weight back after having my DS. Starting again!! I can do this.

Goal: Pre-pregnancy weight of 211 so I can go on a cruise in May

I always do a huge bowl of fruit and an english muffin or a few slices of bacon. And I don't even feel bad about it.

Egg white omelette with spinach, tomato and feta cheese...whole wheat toast no butter. I'm not sure of the exact points, but that has to be a low point diner breakfast.
