Congrats, ASH0424!! Losing those first 10 does feel awesome!

I'm down another 1.4 this week. And that's with having attended a thanksgiving potluck dinner with friends on Saturday. I considered it a "trial run" for the big Thanksgiving on Thursday. Hopefully I'll have the same good results next Monday, too!

Hey Everyone!

Congrats Ash on the first 10 lbs...its an awesome feeling =)

Well my weigh in day was last thursday but I was actually stuck at home in bed all last week with strep throat. I am feeling 100% better now and decided to come update with a post. On thursday I was down 1.7 lbs.

I was really excited I was able to stick to plan since I was stuck inside the house for a week, but I did!

IHeartMe - Yours is also fantastic and I am glad you're feeling better!

Let's keep it up, I know we can beat the Thanksgiving buldge!!

P.S. Nancylmrn - not sure if it matters but I have only lost 2.2 lbs this month, 8 lbs. was from October when I started!

well I forgot to post my weigh in wed no gain or loss stayed the same which is ok I seem to be stuck in the same 4 pounds now for months...just one of those hurdles

I am going to go to WW meetings monthly, and since the meeting is in evening, it gives me a higher weight than my "actual" weight, from eating and drinking all day. My own scale pegs me at a different weight, since I will weigh myself at least once a week at home, I'll post that here.

Today = 150 lbs.
Down 3ish.
