Default Help, please, with Indian Food ideas

I'm new to Weight Watchers (3 weeks) and have been doing pretty well. Next weekend we are planning to take my cousin out to an Indian restaurant for her birthday. Does anyone have ideas which dishes are the most diet-friendly and any idea what the points values are? I love Chicken Tikka Masala, but that's got a creamy sauce, so I think that's probably out. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I love Indian food!

This is what I usually order:

Naan, 1 oz (75 cal/2 g fat/11 g carbs) 2
Vegetable Curry
Chicken Tikka (not the Tikka Masala) this one does not have cream sauce its about 6 points
Pullao rice

I split these dishes with my friend who also does WW and it works out to around 10 or 12 points which isn't so bad considering some of the other Indian dishes are 14pts per serving.

The last number behind the food is the WW points

Thanks for the information, you guys. I'll try that website and try the dishes suggested. This is such a helpful forum. I'm really glad my friend told me about Three Fat Chicks on a Diet.
