I love beans and that boil in a bag rice; lean lunch meat rolled around lean swiss in a lettuce wrap; plain yogurt with fruit mixed in and a side of nuts; if I'm desperate a lean cuisine/smart ones.
I don't really have much time to get lunch in so its usually a sandwich (mixed grain bread, lean turkey, chicken, salami or tuna with lots of veggies and light mayo) and a side of fruits/fruit yogurt.
