I know I'm supposed to be getting around 1400 calories a day and not drop below 1200 a day, well that being said.... I started WW last Thursday and I was figuring up the amount of calories I've had each day and it's been about 1000 every day and I have been using all of my points and I'm eating very healthy foods. Is this bad? Should I try and eat fattier foods? I'm really confused right now....
