I am going out to dinner to the 99 Restaurant.I looked on the dwlz.com site,and there wasnt much of a selection on there.Does anyone have the dining out companion to help me with this?I would be ever SOOOOOOOO greatful.We are going tomorrow night(Monday)

Have you tried their website? Remember that we can only publish what they give us and they may not give all their menu.

Ok so if they don't have anything then you have to do 1 of 2 things.

1) guestimate to the best of your ability based on your W/W materials

or

2) find a similiar restaurant that has a similar entree that lists the nutritional figures and use those figures and be close.

o.k. I looked this place up on google and they have a few selections that won't use all your daily points. (wow, they are all about fried there!)

they have a couple of nice vegetable sides as well, I think you could probably manage a 12 point meal here without too many problems. You could even decide ahead what you want to have and call the restaurant and ask if your food can be cooked without oil/butter.
