Hi. I think the packets of instant oatmeal are 2 pts each. However.....a full cup of oatmeal that you make on the stove is 3 pts. (and probably more filling)
Quaker Oats (1 minute quick and Old Fashioned) are 2 points for one cup cooked. Some of the packets are 2 points but most are 3 or higher. You get twice as much for less points and it stays with you longer than the packets. I like to add chopped apple and SF Caramel Davinci syrup. Yummy! Or Chocolate and Peanut butter davinci syrups. Or canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. So many variations.
