Hi, i just started ww. Does anyone know the points for maple and brown sugar oatmeal?? It the reduced sugar kind. Thanks!!

Hi. I think the packets of instant oatmeal are 2 pts each. However.....a full cup of oatmeal that you make on the stove is 3 pts. (and probably more filling)

Quaker Oats (1 minute quick and Old Fashioned) are 2 points for one cup cooked. Some of the packets are 2 points but most are 3 or higher. You get twice as much for less points and it stays with you longer than the packets. I like to add chopped apple and SF Caramel Davinci syrup. Yummy! Or Chocolate and Peanut butter davinci syrups. Or canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. So many variations.

For Quaker instanst oatmela, lower sugar maple & brown sugar, the stats are (for making with hot WATER - not MILK):
120 cal, 2 fat, 3 fiber
So the points come to 2.
