OK, its probably not news to most people, but it is to me. Does it work for most? I started WW on the 123points, and never really did well. I'm hoping this allows some leeway on weekends. Also, I am 1 pound away from the next level down. Is it OK to switch, or should I just stay put for another week? Thanks from a newbie!
Until you get to the weight W/W has don't move down. For 2 reasons the more you use while losing the more you'll have at maintenance and because W/W is a sound researched program based on weight and body metabolism.
