Figuring Out Points
I used the formula you guys had posted on here to figure out your own points. I got 2.2 on my energy drink. I was just wondering, if you guys get decimals, do you count them like they are, or round up or down? hmmm... 0.2 may not really matter...
Oh, and once you get to your ideal weight, is there a "maintenance amount of points". I imagine I might like to still keep track, to make sure it doesn't all come back!
