When I order and Egg McMuffin type of breakfast sandwich, I order it without the cheese to save 2 points.

Today, I also pulled off half the english muffin and ate it "open faced", but like a sandwich. (I don't think untoasted english muffin adds any good flavor.) I got almost the full flavor of this sandwich for only 4 points, instead of the usual 7. Plus, they had to make it fresh.

Good to know! I don't much care for the Canadian Bacon, any idea how many points that would save me?

The canadian bacon is 1 point, the cheese is 2, the egg is 2, the muffin is 2.

You can order it with bacon instead of the canadian bacon (I usually do this.) for the same points. But stay away from the sausage, as that has more points.
