Back after 4 years
I started WW in 2011 and lost 50lbs. I met my goal. Went from a size 14 to a 4/6.
Fast forward to 2015... I put on about 17 lbs back out of the 50. Not too terrible considering I went off plan. Although I was still brainwashed into certain changes, I mostly ate what I want.
But now I realize that although slow, it is creeping back on. So I want to tackle it before it becomes a real issue.
So I just wanted to say hi! And that I look forward to all the help and support from this forum.
