Back after 4 years
I started WW in 2011 and lost 50lbs. I met my goal. Went from a size 14 to a 4/6.
Fast forward to 2015... I put on about 17 lbs back out of the 50. Not too terrible considering I went off plan. Although I was still brainwashed into certain changes, I mostly ate what I want. But now I realize that although slow, it is creeping back on. So I want to tackle it before it becomes a real issue. So I just wanted to say hi! And that I look forward to all the help and support from this forum. |
Hi, I am back also with the new SmartPoints program. Nice to meet you. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. I want to do eat the healthy way that's why I love the new program.

Good so far but I need to eat all of my points.

I must admit I have sometimes struggled to get to my 30 daily points although usually I can make it with planning.

I just started the plan a couple of weeks ago. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. Most days I find it easy to eat my points. However, I notice I eat a chocolately thing everyday. I need to work on eating healthier. |
