calculating recipes
I want to make sure I'm calculating everything correctly, but I'm running into an issue where I make a recipe on my own, and I'm not sure how to calculate it per serving!
For example, I will saute one onion (0pts), 1 5 oz chicken breast (5pts) and then add one packet of gravy (0pts per nutrition facts), then serve over 1 cup of white rice (5 pts) and divide that into 2 meals to be served with streamfresh veggies (0pts).
Would the entire meal be 10pts divided by 2, or will the addition of the onion and gravy potentially change the amount of points the entire recipe makes? If it does change it, how/where do I calculate that change?
