Let's hear about everyone's favorites. Here are a few of mine: Chai Luna Bars, Pirate's Booty, Too Good Friends, Edamame. I love this place, I wish I could buy some stock.

I love the Low Fat Chocolate Cats Cookies. Fifteen small cookies are 2 points.

Default Trader Joe list

Here's my TJ list, compiled from suggestions from these boards and others over the past 2 years:
* Trader Joe's Shrimp Stir-Fry - in the frozen food section (whole bag is 2 points. Add an additional cup of shrimp for 1 point, and extra frozen veggies for 0 points.)
* Eggplant Hummus (4T = 1 point)
* Whole Wheat Pita (2 points each)
* Chicken Artichoke Basil Pizzas (1/2 pizza = 4 points)
* Vegetarian Pot Stickers - frozen (8 for 3 points. They steam up lovely in the microwave, use a little Yoshida's sauce for dipping)
* La Tortilla Wheat fat-free high fiber tortillas (1 pt)
* Pita Pizzas (2 to 3 points each)
* Barley and vegetable soup, canned (The best canned soup ever! 1 cup for 1 point and so filling!)
* "Baked Not Fried Eggplant Parmesan" frozen (2 points)
* Frozen Fat Free Vegetable Biryani (1 cup for 3 points)
* Trader Joe's Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas (4 points)
* Trader Joe's Beans and Rice Burrito, 99% fat free (4 points)
* SMART CUTLETS by Lightlife (1 point per cutlet)
* Marinated mushrooms fat free (0 points)
* Spinach/tofu ravioli (14 = 3 points)
* Veggie slices, provolone flavor (1 for 1 point)
* turkey bacon (2 slices = 1 point)
* Better'n Butter Peanut Butter (1tbsp = 1 point)
* Portabella and spinach wrap (fridge section, 2 points per entire package)
* Kashi Go Lean Bars (5 points per bar)
* Kashi Go Lean Cereal (high fiber, more protein than Good Friends)
* Skinny Corn Chips (2 cups = 2 points)
* Pacific brand broths in chicken, beef, mushroom, vegetable
* Frozen Tofu Manicotti (4 points)
* Basmati Rice Medley (1 cup = 2 points)
* Chicken Sausages (1 sausage = 2 points. They are great for breakfast with egg beaters, or grilled with onions for a sausage hoagie.)
* Soy nuggets (just like chicken nuggets)

Question

Wow, what a list! We just got Trader Joe's in Illinois, so I printed your list to check out on my first trip there this weekend!

Many, many thanks!

Does anyone know if they carry the breakfast cookies everyone raves about?

Default More faves!

I have a few more to add to the list:
Crystal Geyser flavored mineral waters
Tofutti Cuties
Baked Tortilla Chips
Morningstar Corn Dogs
Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing
What happened to their soy taco mix and soy sloppy joe mix? Those were awesome!
I used to like the Zen muffins, but there seemed to be a problem with their nutritional information!
Here's a great tip I know you are all aware of but it bears repeating. It took me a long time to figure out how easy and smart it is! When you get home from shopping, spend 10 minutes sorting snacky type foods into plastic bags. It really organizes your food, and helps in packing lunches (something I hate to do!)

Pippin You'll have to get your cookies thru the mail. www.bakersbox.com is one distributor. There are very few places that sell the cookies.

I really enjoy the "Skinny Chips" in the nacho cheese flavor. Only 1pt. per cup!! Yum! And the "Cat Cookies".

I'm told you can get the BBC at some drug stores. Over here they have them at Osco's Drug (only the larger stores).

Hey, my friend works for Osco ... I'll have to see if that's something their store carries or can order for me (she works in one of those bigger Osco's that they converted from the small Jewel stores).

Thanks for the tip! I'll let you know what I find out.

Default I'm so sad

there is no Trader Joes in my area, that just isn't fair. I have only been twice, but I really liked it. I am a Kashi nut, and they carry all the good Kashi cereal brands and bars. Oh well, I guess I will just have to wait for them to expand out my way!
