Hi

I am interested in eating a fish called Skate. It's very inexpensive and it's supposed to be really good but I don't know the points. I am a member of WW online and when I put it into the Recipe Builder the database doesn't have an entry for this fish. Does anyone know how many points for a serving?

Google "Nutritional information skate" and a whole bunch of stuff will come up and then you can use that to calculate the points.

If in doubt, Google is great!

I just checked my WW tracker and 3 1/2 oz is 2 points. Also a power food.

Side note: my new favorite fish is Swai. Delicious!

Thanks! Yeah I heard about that Swai and I am definitely going to try that. I love fish and can eat it every day.

How many points are in Swai? I had it for dinner last night, but I tracked it as Cod bc I couldn't find it.
