After rushing into my home hungry without thinking i worked out the points of my lunch, and stupidly put my waffles which are 6pp in the fryer , does anybody know how to work out the extra points that they would be? I really dont want to fall off track again!
I dont think there's an "easy" way to do it. If you plan ahead you can measure the amount of oil before cooking and then measure the amount left in the pan (or whatever) after cooking. Whatever was absorbed would be the amount you should figure out the points for.
