I came across Hillshire Farms Grilled Essentials this weekend and decided to guve them a try. They are precooked grilled chicken breasts that come individually packed - 2 per package - and heat in 60 seconds. They were 2 WW PP each.

They were very good! I used one at work today on my wrap. Although I prefer to cook mine fresh, I'll probably keep these on hand for when I need protein and I'm in a pinch!

Sounds like something good to have around for lunches, or quick meals. How much did they cost?

That's what I thought!

In my area, they were $3 a box, and my store had a $1 off coupon. So I tried them since they worked out to be $1 a chicken breast.

The ease was worth it, because I know how often I under estimate the expected leftovers or forget to take out meat to cook/grill for lunches for the week :)
